Whether it is altruistic or not.  &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;My belief is that, more incentives (profits, gains on ideas, notoriety) is involved the bigger the help (ideas, actions, products, services).  &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I think Marketing/Promotion go hand in hand.
